-To coordinate, prevention and intervention civil and criminal operations within EMEA, for source theft and illegal entities operating or facilitating illegal operations on the Internet, through liaison with local programmes in selected territories, focusing on consultation and co-ordination, contributing directly to the organizations Content Protection objectives.

-To manage content protection operations and Internet investigations.

-To analyze data, and to compile comprehensive reports and evidence to International standards.

-To manage all anti-piracy activities on a local level, liaising as appropriate with the WB and NBCU European Anti-Piracy Team in London, the WB and NBCU regional Personnel, both studios’ US based Anti-piracy teams and local Anti-Piracy Organizations.
-In conjunction with Director, EMEA Anti-Piracy Operations, manage all WB and NBC Universal internet piracy scanning, reporting and analysis.
-To assist VP, LATAM & APAC AP Operations with WB and NBC Universal anti-piracy scanning, reporting and analysis for LATAM.
-To assist VP, LATAM & APAC AP Operations to develop and implement all WB, NBC Universal and industry anti-piracy public-policy, legal and enforcement programmes for LATAM.

Management of all Internet Cases.

-To coordinate both Internet Investigators (8 people) and Investigations.
-To design new strategies to reduce Internet Crimes (Choose best targets, outstanding cases…)
-Internet evidence gathering.
-To coordinate all Internet activities and report them.
-To send, coordinate and register Cease & Desist letters sent.
-To Contact ISPs for Internet Crimes.
-To report Cases to the Spanish Police (Usually to B.I.T. or U.C.O.)
-To assist National and Local Police, (B.I.T.), Customs Police, Civil Guard, etc. in Internet cases. Oversee seized material, and value the economic damage.
-To liaise with Security Forces to fight against Internet Crimes.
-Expert Reports to assist Court requirement.
-Management of both FAP website and hotline information.
